Based on the RfQ documents submitted by the customer TRACKONE starts immediately their analysis. The goal is to find and propose a solution that fulfils the requirements of our customer and provides an advantage in cost, time and quality to our customer.

This means based on the application and weight of the machine we selects the class of components. We than have a look at our vast production portfolio. Should we find an undercarriage solution, that fulfills the customer’ s requirements we are proposing it. For our customer this means a reliable product, available in a short time.

Should this first proposal not meet the requests of our customer, than we immediately start the development of a new product.

In short words: We have a vast production portfolio but our goal is to find together with our customer the solution that suits best his requirements. 

Therefore our portfolio is only the starting point.

Thanks to our internal R&D department we are able to develop undercarriage solutions in a short time. Our R&D activities are not limited to the undercarriage steel construction. TRACKONE as the center of competence within the USCO Group and has direct access to the group’s own production facilities and the local development teams located in these production facilities. Based on these synergies,  we are also able to develop, produce and provide special solutions regarding track roller, idler groups, track chains and sprockets.

Of course the key to success is our detailed project planning with milestones and quality gates that we define and agree together with our customer. This includes of course periodic internal and external reviews.
