TRACKONE S.r.l. was established in mid-September with headquarter in San Damaso, Modena.
USCO acquires the majority of shares
USCO SpA acquires the majority of company shares of TRACKONE. TRACKONE begins collaborating with some of the best-known manufacturers of earthmoving machinery. The company designs and installs new machinery for serial production.
Start of the collaboration with the University of Modena e Reggio Emilia
TRACKONE begins its collaboration with the "Machine Construction" Department at the Faculty of Mechanical and Civil Engineering of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The first extendable frame prototype is produced at the plant in San Damaso.
Start of production of first prototypes
Design skills together with an efficient production line allow TRACKONE to produce the first prototypes of special machines.
Introduction of in-house Finite Element Analyses
Thanks to its collaboration with the university and the experience gained, TRACKONE acquires a software program for finite element analysis and restructures its processes of design phase and project management in order to ensure maximum benefit of this technology
New place of business in Modena
TRACKONE inaugurates its new plant in Modena covering a total surface area of 8000 sq. m. with 3500 sq. m. covered. Now TRACKONE is ready to cope with the growing demand of the OEM market.
New branch in China for assembly and distribution
TRACKONE CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD. is established in Kunshan, in the chinese district of Jiangsu.
New plant in China
The new production plant of TRACKONE CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD. in Ningbo, in the chinese district of Zhejiang was inaugurated in occasion of the Bauma Shanghai.
